COMMISSIONS, LISTING FEES & PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Below is a schedule of our standard commissions and listing fees. This is what we charge to sell your item. There are currently NO UPFRONT FEES TO SELL YOUR ITEM.

We guarantee our prices are lower than any typical consignment auction company in Reno County. Most auction companies charge as much as 35% to sell your item, no matter what the final selling price. We charge our commissions on a sliding scale. The higher the selling price the smaller the percentage you pay to us.

*If you have multiple items that sell during any Monday-Sunday seven day period, then the final selling prices will be combined and commissions will be charged accordingly. (This will save you money!)

HutchAuctions.com will package and ship your item to the purchaser and therefore we will keep any and all shipping/handling fees.
HutchAuctions.com is responsible to collect any and all sales tax as required by state and federal law.

HutchAuctions.com is currently waiving all Listing / Final Value Fees. We do not charge you to list an item.

We will list your item up to two times with no cost to you.

We sell through eBay, Yahoo! Auctions or Overstock.com. We will base our decision on which site we feel will bring the best possible price. We attempt to sell most items through a standard seven day auction with no reserve price. We will include high-resolution digital pictures of each item in every auction.

If we are not successful in selling your item on our first attempt, we will automatically re-list your item for free. We will make any necessary adjustments to the description or reserve price in order to receive the best possible price.

If after two attempts your item fails to sell, we will return the item to you or we can include it in our monthly live auction. Commissions for items sold at live auction will be a flat 30%, no matter what the final price may be.

Payout Schedule

After we sell your item and receive payment from the buyer we will pay you based on the following pay-out schedule.

$100.00 - $200.00	73%
$200.01 - $500.00	75%
$501.01 - $1,000.00	80%
Greater than $1,000.00	90%

Example: If your item sells for $118.00 you will receive $83.14. We do not charge Final Value Fees like most other services charge.

$18.00	x	.73	=	$13.14
